   *Evening Registration on Tuesday, May 1 and May 8 from 5 pm until 7 pm.

The office will re-open on Thursday, August 3rd, from 10:00 am. - 2:00 p.m. daily, to complete the registration process. At that time, ALL returning students will need to complete the data confirmation to be registered. Please bring in the signed data confirmation page, along with 2 proofs of address (servicing the home).

The following documents are possible proofs of residency:

  • deed to home or lease agreement

  • current bill from local utility company

  • receipt for deposit from utility company

  • declaration of Temporary Residency/Affidavits for Homeless Families

  • property tax receipt

  • current bill from local cable TV company

(Cell  phone bills, car registration, drivers license, credit card statements are not acceptable proofs of residency)

New students will need the information above and their Original Birth Certificate and Immunization Record.

These documents are needed for ALL students. As always, if we can assist you with this process, please come to the office and let us know.

New students approved for OUSD School of Choice must provide the acceptance form from OUSD.
